CIS Parenting Education is a comprehensive program that is designed to meet the specific needs of parents and their children. Our parenting program relies on the Incredible Years and Parenting Wisely models, which are evidence-based programs. We also offer a Circle of Parents program which is a parent peer support group. Group leaders work together with parents & children in a supportive and confidential atmosphere to offer practical and effective techniques to build healthy family relationships.

Civitas: Born Learning is a public engagement campaign that provides important information about what young children need every day to ensure quality early learning. Designed to support parents in their critical role as a child’s first teacher.
