Parenting Education Program
Program Mission: The mission of the CIS Parenting Education Program is to promote healthy family relationships and to strengthen families.
Program Description: The Parenting Education Program is a free 12 week, 2 ½ hour series of classes for families to take together. Parents and children meet with trained facilitators. The Parenting Education Program builds skills for parenting, children’s life skills, and family skills.
Who is the Parenting Education Program for? The program works for all families, single parent, two parent, blended families, foster and adoptive families.

Civitas: Born Learning is a public engagement campaign that provides important information about what young children need every day to ensure quality early learning. Designed to support parents in their critical role as a child’s first teacher.
