The cover of the cookbook is an original watercolor by Nancy Schulte, depicting a local beach scene, and sketches by Ms. Schulte depicting points of interest in Brunswick County are scattered throughout the book, making it a true reflection of the area. The St. James Service Club was founded in 1997 and has over 200 members. They are a vital player in building partnerships and giving back to the community, with club members who are dedicated to identifying and supporting the needs of the communities through volunteer participation and fundraising.All proceeds from the cookbook sales will benefit the children and families of Brunswick County through programs offered by Communities In Schools (CIS) of Brunswick County.
