Communities In Schools is working on several upcoming fundraisers and we would love for you to mark your calendars and join us for one or more of these events:

Trivia Night at Sea Trail Plantation – Monday March 16, 2026  

Gather your family and friends and join us for a fun-filled evening of trivia, raffle baskets, and refreshments. This is our 2nd year hosting this event to raise funds to support our dropout prevention programs at nine Brunswick County elementary and middle schools. Tickets will go on sale in February!

Back to School Carnival at Brunswick Beer and Cider in Leland – Saturday August 15, 2026

Help us collect school supplies to help equip Brunswick County Schools students for a  successful new school year. Join us for a fun afternoon of face painting, bounce houses, food, and other activities provided by local vendors and organizations. Watch our Facebook page for a detailed event flyer in July 2026 and plan to come out with your children and family members and join in on the fun! Each summer Communities In Schools collects backpacks and school supplies to distribute to all 19 Brunswick County schools. Let’s make this year  another success for local students!
