Thank you to International Paper Foundation for their generous $3,000 grant to fund our Reconnect and Re-engage project in the local schools we serve through our Action for Success Program. This funding will ensure students who need to build their Reading skills have access to independent reading books for leisure reading, particularly during winter, spring, and summer breaks to help prevent learning loss. International Paper Foundation has been a multi-year supporter of the work of CIS and, in particular, our efforts to improve literacy skills for local students.
Kudos to the International Paper Foundation for its continuing support of our efforts to support at-risk students in Brunswick County.
