Joanne – Southport CIS Thrift Shop

Joanne Tortorice has been volunteer regularly at the Southport CIS Thrift Shop for 1 ½ years. She is partially retired and achieving her dream of part time work, to exercise, and to give back through volunteering. Her favorite part about volunteer at the SPT thrift shop is taking the steamed and prepped clothes out to place on the sales floor and interacting with customers. She loves helping customers find those unique items they might be looking for and mingling on the sales floor with customers.
