CIS Waccamaw School student Kaleela helping younger students with multiplication

Waccamaw Middle School student, Kaleela, helps fellow elementary students work on expanded form multiplication. Kaleela (pictured far right) has been participating in CIS after school tutoring at least once a week. These girls empower one another by working in teams to help each other succeed. Kaleela struggles with her esteem and finds joy in humanitarian and leadership roles. She enjoys working with younger students and staying after school to help volunteer and work with her Success Coach Amber.
