An evening with Mike’s Garage Band

Communities In Schools of Brunswick County along with Mike’s Garage Band is hosting a fundraising concert scheduled for Friday, September 20, from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. at Woodlands Park Amphitheater in St. James Plantation.

Funds raised from the event support CIS programming which benefits Brunswick County students. Joe Loves Lobster Rolls food truck will be onsite and attendees are welcome to bring their own beverages (beer, wine, or soft drinks). The evening will include a 50-50 drawing with music and dancing for all to enjoy.

Concert wristbands will be available for purchase Monday – Saturday from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. at Boiling Spring Lakes and Southport CIS Thrift Shops and can be purchased anytime from the CIS website at https://cisbrunswick.org/. Tickets are $10 each. Wristbands or email receipt should be presented for entrance into the September 20 concert at St. James Woodlands Park Amphitheater. Wristband/ticket purchases and any other donations to CIS are tax deductible.
