International Paper Foundation: Helping to Prevent Reading Skill Loss During School Breaks

Thank you to the International Paper Foundation for providing a grant to purchase independent reading books for students served by the CIS Action for Success Program. These materials will support students receiving academic tutoring to improve Reading proficiency by providing reading books for home use during Winter, Spring, and Summer breaks, to help prevent learning loss and support reading as a positive leisure activity.

International Paper Foundation has provided this support for many years and has been critical in CIS being able to provide these resources to students. International Paper operates a plant locally in Riegelwood and the foundation supports education, hunger, health and wellness, and disaster relief through its grant program.

Thank you International Paper Foundation for continuing to be #allinforkids.
