The CIS Parenting Education Program worked with children attending the Grandparents Raising Grandchildren support group on a Kindness Rocks project. The children, under the direction of the CIS Child Educators, talked about the importance of spreading kindness to others and then they created decorated rocks with positive, inspirational messages to share with others and to keep to help them feel better when they are having a difficult day. The children really enjoyed the opportunity to be creative!
